How it works
← Back to the boardAir-traffic controllers track every flight on a slip of paper racked in a bay. Nothing has to live in their head: every plane is a strip they can touch, reorder, scribble on, and move when it needs attention.
This private board borrows that reassuring mechanic for your day: one task, one strip. The language stays plain and the board stays in this browser.
A strip, up close
- 01
Grip dots — drag here to reorder or move between sections. Keyboard move controls appear when you open a strip.

Code — an auto-made reference tag. It is for charm and pointing at things.

Title + small print — the task and an optional detail. ↻ marks a repeating strip.

Due + priority — a free-text deadline and one to three dots. A past Zulu time turns urgent.

Color — paper codes work, personal, or errand. You can repaint every category in Settings.

Open a strip — move it along, put it on hold, edit it, or shred it.
The flow
Pending→Active→Cleared
Pending is everything waiting. Active is what you are actually working on—two or three strips is plenty. Cleared is done, struck through, and stamped with today’s date.
Hold
An active strip you are stuck on can go on hold. It slides out of line and shows its pen note—the reason it is waiting. Release tucks it back in.
It runs itself
- Print quickly. Tap a blank space; Enter prints and keeps the tray ready for another.
- Three horizons. Today, This Week, and Later keep distant work out of sight.
- A new day tidies up. Yesterday’s cleared one-off strips move into Filed Away.
- Repeats return. Cleared daily and weekly strips reprint when their day arrives.
- Make it yours. Four themes, custom category colors, density, clock, and washi controls are built in.
- It stays private. State is saved only to localStorage on this origin. The Worker never receives a task.
